BITCH PLEASE BISTRO
Dine on refreshing summer fare, hob nob, laugh, and frolic with sassy scintillating friends and likeminded acquaintances, old and new! Our motto is "We will please even the biggest bitch!", which is why YOU have been invited!"
BITCH PLEASE BISTRO on June 22 will feature a seated, chef's plated summery repast of five memorable and delectable tongue tantalizing delights including a limited complimentary beverage service all inclusive for $31 payable in advance ONLY by Venmo. Please carefully look over the menu and RSVP instructions below.
We will have live music to entertain you during the cocktail hour which will commute to lovely ambient background music at a volume conducive to conversation without raising your voice.
The flagship BITCH PLEASE BISTRO will be held in the private front gardens of PoodlePoo Palace, otherwise known as Mysterious Meadows, located in the greenbelt foothills of Echo Park. The exact address will be provided following completion of your two part RSVP and registration process by the deadline of Thursday June 19th at 11.59pm. All of this is explained below in exquisite detail!
FOOD ORDERING OVERVIEW
The three section menu below contains 15 items and is mirrored on the on-line RSVP form.
Section 1: ENTREES - 1 per person - four choices
Section 2: SIDE DISHES - 3 or 4 per person - eight choices
Section 3: DESSERTS - 1 or 0 per person - three choices
Guests will be served one item off the entrée menu, three (or four) items from the side dish menu, and one (or zero) items off the dessert menu depending on individual preferences. Opting out of dessert allows for a fourth side dish.
In the online RSVP form, prioritize your preference for each of the 15 items.
If you see something you do not wish to eat, cannot eat, or are allergic to, select "0 - Not this" for that item.
Each of the 15 items must have a priority assigned for the RSVP form to be accepted.
You can repeat priority rankings for multiple menu items if you will be equally happy with any. (eg, 1st Choice for Tuna, Chicken and Salmon or 5th choice for every side dish after your initial four side dish selections, etc...)
You are welcome to have a double serving of any side dish which will count as two items. Just indicate this on the bottom of the RSVP form

Please make your menu selections and submit the RSVP form first, and finalize your registration by submitting your Venmo payment second.
Menu item selection will be easier to do on a computer than on a smartphone. RSVP form will work fine on a phone, but the menu will display below the form. On a desktop computer or tablet, the menu and item descriptions will display next to the corresponding items on the form.
IMPORTANT: Please note the identical name and email address you use on the RSVP form in the venmo payment comment section. If someone else is paying for you, this must be indicated on the RSVP form. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP IF YOU WANT US TO GET YOUR PLATTER RIGHT! (Bitch, PLEASE!!!!)

JUNE 22 MENU -- ENTREES (part 1 of 3)
You will be served ONE entrée off the entrée menu. Our entrees have no dairy or nuts. Tuna and salmon have a bit of premium mayonnaise.

A delicious refreshing summer salad of albacore tuna, fresh garden peas, red onions and a sublime blend of spices mixed with premium imported Italian salad pasta in a light mayonnaise dressing
Chickie Charafi's Chicken Cous Cous Casablanca
Chunks of flavorsome tender chicken breast with giant pearl cous cous, bell peppers, olives, red onion, and eggplant with a light vinegar based dressing with herbs, smoked paprika, and spices.
Lupita Lazaro's Lentil Luminosa
Lively organic sprouted green lentils with bell peppers, chili peppers, red onions and diced tomatoes with cumin seeds, spices, olive oil and lemon juice. Served at room temperature. (vegetarian)
Sigrid Sorenson's Savory Salmon Skal
Savory seasoned baked salmon salad with celery, onions, lemon zest, dill, light mayonnaise, and a melange of seasonings atop fresh sourdough croustilles.
JUNE 22 MENU -- SIDE DISHES (part 2 of 3)
You will be served THREE items off the side dish menu, FOUR if you opt out of dessert. No dairy or nuts in any side dish. Potato salad has a bit of premium mayonnaise.
NOTE: We will do our best to prioritize your preferred side dish choices but if there is little general interest in a given item after all RSVPs are in, the next preferred item on your list will be substituted.

HOW TO RSVP
RSVPing for BITCH PLEASE BISTRO must be done in two parts.
Part 1 (DO THIS FIRST): Each individual guest, even if dining as a couple or group must fill out his/her own online RSVP form as detailed above. The form can be found at http://bitchpleasebistro.com/rsvp - If someone else is paying for you, there is a field on the online RSVP form to comment who has payed or will pay for the dinner
Part 2 (DO THIS SECOND): After filling out the RSVP form, please venmo $31 per person as a private transaction to http://venmo.com/gaydd with your first name, last name, and email address in the payment comment section. THIS EVENT WILL BE CASHLESS AND 100% OF PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY VENMO IN ADVANCE OF THE THURSDAY JUNE 19 11.59PM DEADLINE. Once payment is received, you will be emailed an acknowledgment with your exclusive individual diner number. On the night of the event, you will obtain a placemat with this number from the garden host which will alert the server where to bring your chef's plated dinner.
When both your RSVP menu form and $31 venmo payment have both been received, you will be emailed your individual diner number and the address for Mysterious Meadows.
RSVP AND REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS THURSDAY JUNE 19 2025 AT 11.59PM -- Please remember that this is a two part RSVP, we have an RSVP deadline and are a cashless event.BOTH your RSVP menu item selection form AND venmo payment of $31 must be received in time.
*LIMITED SEATING -- Should you receive a SOLD OUT message when clicking through to the RSVP form, it means we are fully booked and cannot accommodate you this time. Try us in July!
ON THE EVENING OF THE EVENT
Arrival to BITCH PLEASE BISTRO begins at 5.30pm on June 22 2025. We suggest arriving as soon AFTER 5.30 as you can. Please try your best to arrive by 6:00pm. Street parking is moderately easy and permit free. Taking public transport is easy. The location is a two block walk up a gentle slope from the Sunset Blvd MTA busses that stop on Echo Park Ave or Portia St. Give yourself an extra 5-7 minutes to find parking and walk to Mysterious Meadows when planning your arrival. Please do not show up before 5.30
When you arrive, please obtain your individual placemat with your diner number from our garden host and enjoy beverages and mingling while Alan Ishii and other surprise entertainers regale you with a delightful live music in the garden. By 6:15pm please be seated in your chosen seat to enjoy dinner with your plate number placemat clearly displayed on the table in front of you. Shortly after, your delightful custom configured chef's plated dinner will be presented to you!
This event is a single seating that concludes at 8.00pm. PLEASE ARRIVE BEFORE 6.00PM!

While we will make every effort to shade most seating, It IS summertime in Los Angeles and we are unable to control the sun shifting across the sky. We want everyone to be comfortable, most importantly, YOU!

REFUND POLICY
RSVPs and registrations received after the deadline will be refunded as it will be too late for us to accommodate you.
In every other case, we are unable to issue refunds or payment commutations for cancellations or non attendance. All advance payments sent in before the deadline are final and non-transferrable.
